Prayer of Light for Calgary

My heart is heavy following the tragic Calgary Transit bus fire that claimed three lives and left nineteen people hospitalized. My deepest prayers are with the families who have lost loved ones, those who are injured, and everyone affected by this heartbreaking event.

As a former colleague of Calgary’s transit community, I send my love and heartfelt support to the bus operators and all those connected to this tragedy.

May the light of divine love enter every place where grief resides. May it gently embrace those who mourn, bring strength to those who are healing, and offer peace to those struggling to understand.

In the mystery of our shared existence, may we remember that we are never truly separate. When one heart suffers, all hearts are called to compassion. Let our prayers become invisible threads of love, connecting us beyond distance, beyond words, and beyond sorrow.

May the souls of those who have departed rest in eternal peace, and may healing light surround everyone touched by this tragedy.
