Does the idea of your weekly shopping trip stress you out? Whether it's about losing time on your weekend or the rising costs, I've got some easy tips that have totally changed how I shop and eased a lot of my worries about going to the store.

1 - Make A List and Stick To It - This is absolutely the most crucial tip for saving both time and money while shopping! With a list in hand, you have a winning strategy ready to go when you enter the store. No more wandering up and down the aisles trying to remember what you need! Plus, you'll avoid the hassle of forgetting something and having to make another trip later. A list also helps you steer clear of unnecessary items you don't need or want, and prevents you from purchasing things you already have at home. Get ready to shop smarter and more efficiently!

2 - Compare Prices Before Heading Out - Get ready to save big! Before you decide where to shop, I highly recommend using the FLIPP app. This fantastic tool lets you enter your grocery list and then searches all the flyers in your area to find amazing sales on the items you need. It's a game-changer for pinpointing which store(s) offer the best deals, helping you slash your spending. Plus, if your local stores offer price matching, simply show them the flyers on the app. They'll match the prices, so if most of your items are cheaper at one store, you can shop there and still save on the rest!

3 - Shop In The Morning - If your schedule allows, I highly recommend hitting the store right when it opens! You'll breeze through your shopping in no time, unlike the busy afternoons when everyone else is out. Plus, you'll be greeted by fully stocked shelves, avoiding the disappointment of sold-out items. Finish your shopping early, and you'll have the rest of the day to spend with family and friends!

These are my prime tips for making grocery shopping a stress-free experience! Keep an eye out for upcoming posts filled with advice for when you're actually in the store.
